ADHD and Anxiety Therapy for High-Achieving Women and Teens/Tween Girls in Marin and Petaluma + Virtually Across the State of California
You’re capable, driven, and the one everyone depends on—but underneath, you may feel overwhelmed, anxious, burned out, or like you're working twice as hard just to keep up. Therapy for women who look like they have it all together on the outside while quietly struggling underneath.
My approach to therapy is evidence-based, modern, and deeply human…
I specialize in working with women navigating ADHD, anxiety, OCD, motherhood, and the invisible mental load that often comes with trying to hold everything together. My approach blends highly trained, evidence-based treatments—including CBT, ACT, and exposure-based strategies—with a warm, relatable style that helps you feel like you're talking to a real person, not sitting across from someone silently taking notes and nodding.
I believe therapy should be practical, collaborative, and tailored to your real life—not just what happens during a 50-minute session. Together, we work to understand your brain, uncover the stories and patterns that may be keeping you stuck, reduce shame, and create sustainable change that actually fits your life.
Because healing and growth don't only happen in the therapy room, I also offer text and email support between sessions for additional connection and guidance when appropriate.

ADHD Therapy for Women in Marin County
ADHD in women doesn’t always look like what we were taught to expect. You might be successful, organized enough, and great at taking care of everyone else—while privately struggling with overwhelm, procrastination, emotional regulation, perfectionism, anxiety, burnout, or the feeling that everyday life is somehow harder than it should be.
I specialize in working with women and moms with ADHD, including those diagnosed later in life. Together, we’ll make sense of how your brain works, untangle ADHD from years of self-criticism, and build practical strategies that actually fit your life—not another complicated system you’ll abandon in two weeks.
I offer in-person ADHD therapy in Corte Madera, Marin County and Petaluma, Sonoma County, as well as virtual therapy for women throughout California

Therapy for Moms in Marin County
Therapy for Moms in Marin County
Motherhood can be deeply meaningful—and also completely overwhelming, especially when you’re the one holding all the details, anticipating everyone’s needs, and trying to keep a million balls in the air. I specialize in working with moms navigating anxiety, ADHD, OCD, overwhelm, perfectionism, overthinking, caregiver burnout, and the invisible mental load of parenting.
I have particular expertise in supporting high-functioning women and moms with late-diagnosed ADHD—including those who have spent years looking capable on the outside while feeling scattered, anxious, exhausted, or like they’re constantly falling behind.
Therapy is a place to better understand your brain, quiet some of the noise, and find practical ways to make life feel more manageable—without adding another thing you need to be “good at.”
I offer in-person therapy in Corte Madera, Marin County, as well as virtual therapy for women throughout California.

My APPROACH
I am not a “blank slate”- I believe in being the kind of therapists that I’d want for myself or my loved one… and that means showing up as a human AND a highly-skilled therapist.
I come up alongside our clients, not above. Meaning, while we're highly trained and know our "stuff" we're also humans who understand what it feels like to struggle in different seasons of life.
While I tailor the work towards each individual we use the lens of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Family Systems, and Exposure Therapy to help clients make meaningful and lasting change.
I meet you where you are and use real language in session. I want you to show up as yourself- comfy clothes, babies, and snacks are welcome!
I offer virtual, in-person, and walk-and-talk therapy because I want therapy to be accessible and feel good!
My offices is modern and comfy because if you're doing the work to show up, I want you to feel good being there (we've been haunted by the dark, dingy, therapy spaces of the past too).
“Kaitlin and her team have been invaluable in helping my family.”
Kaitlin is warm, approachable, authentic and incredibly knowledgeable. There isn’t a judgmental bone in her body, and that’s always very comforting when going through hard times. Highly recommend!”
