Therapy Intensives with Anxiety, Parenting and ADHD Expert Kaitlin Soule, LMFT
Therapy Intensives With Kaitlin…
For busy people who don’t have time for months and months of therapy…
Weekly therapy is great, but it's a big time and financial investment. I designed my signature therapy intensive specifically for people who want more immediate impact, don't have the time for weekly therapy, and are READY to do the work of untangling what needs to be untangled so they can move forward as the best version of themselvces..
In this two hour intensive I will use my decade of therapy experience as an Anxiety, ADHD, and parenting expert to:
Assess your situation and give you honest advice (yes, I'm a therapist who gives advice...promise I won't just nod my head and smile)!

Life-Changing Therapy doesn’t have to last forever…In fact, it shouldn’t! Let’s do the work to feel better, make change, and live a life that lines up with what matters the most to you!
Who Intensives Are For…
Intensives are built for:
Women who are feeling stuck in motherhood, marriage, or career and want help sorting out who they are now, what they are passionate about, and how to build a life that feels like their OWN again.
Parents who are wanting to work on their parenting approach so they can improve their relationship with their child/spend less time feeling like they’re “walking on eggshells.” Whether your child struggles with ADHD, is deeply feeling, has a lot of worry, or is entering tween/teenage years, I can help you build the skills needed to feel less overwhelmed and more in control.
Women wanting to work through a specific type of Anxiety (i.e. panic attacks, social anxiety, postpartum anxiety, or anxiety related to perfectionism at home or work).
Women (like me) who received a later in life ADHD diagnosis and are trying to figure out how it's impacting their life, how to feel less overwhelmed and burnt out and how to build better relationships with themselves, their kids, their friends, their partners, etc.
